Biography

Ann Marie Klingenhagen has been an Instructor in Finance at DePaul University since 1999. She was the recipient of the Lawrence W. Ryan Distinguished Teaching Award in 2001, 2003 and 2005. She is faculty advisor to the Student Finance Association and the annual Driehaus Virtual Portfolio Investment Competition for students.

Ms. Klingenhagen's professional background includes nearly 20 years in the financial services industry, where she worked for Citizens Bank (MI), LaSalle National Bank of Chicago, Van Kampen Mutual Funds and Morgan Stanley & Co. Her career includes professional and managerial experience in investment portfolio management, private client investment services, national account management, and strategic and corporate financial planning. She has also taught at Loyola University of Chicago, College of DuPage and MBA programs in France. She consults on economic education and financial literacy.

She earned a BA in French from Seton Hall University, MBA in Finance from Eastern Michigan University, MA in Economics from University of Illinois at Chicago, and is a Certified Financial Planner.
