Biography
Ellen Gutiontov has been an instructor at DePaul University College of Law since 2006. She teaches a number of courses including Real Estate Transactions, Advanced Real Estate Transactions and Legal Drafting: Real Estate.
In her private practice she represents individuals and corporations in real estate transactions and advises clients on real estate investment and development matters, contract negotiations, and corporate governance. In addition, she also serves as the Executive Director of a nationally-ranked IP program at the College of Law.
She received her JD, Cum Laude, from the DePaul University College of Law where she was a recipient of the "Top Scholar" award and a member of the DePaul Law Review. She also holds an MBA from DePaul University Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
