  • Sophomore Year: Crawford Ethics and Technology Leadership Academy
    • Delve into ethical leadership and integrity through a case competition, executive speakers, hands-on simulations, and a consultation project.
  • Junior Year: Leadership Accelerator
    • Develop your leadership and career development skills through formal learning sessions, micro-learning experiences, and hands-on field opportunities.
  • Senior Year: Mentoring Program and Technology Executive-in-Residence
    • Accelerate your career with quarterly career coaching sessions and exclusive networking opportunities with technology industry leaders.

    Eligibility

    • Competitive application process starting at the end of freshman year.
    • Open to undergraduate students pursuing a major in the Driehaus College of Business or Jarvis College of Computing and Digital Media.
    • Minimum GPA of 3.8 and have sophomore standing by Summer 2025.
    • Must maintain status as an active student for the entire duration of the program.
    • Formal application with essay questions and interview.
