Handshake

Handshake is a powerful online tool that is the preferred candidate search site of leading companies both in Chicago and around the country. Businesses choose to post jobs and search résumé on this site knowing that they will connect to some of the best educated, motivated and hard-working candidates around — DePaul MBA and MS business graduates.

Alumni Sharing Knowledge (ASK)

ASK is a network of alumni who serve as networking contacts, practice interviewers, career mentors and more for those exploring career options or wanting to develop their own network. The DePaul ASK network can help open important doors for professional growth. There are more than 1,000 ASK mentors available to current students and alumni. Visit ask.depaul.edu for more information about the program, and access the mentor database by logging in to Handshake.

CareerLeader

The tool consists of three in-depth assessments that are used to create an individual profile for each student and provide detailed information about which business careers best fit their profile. CareerLeader is an objective assessment that will help you make better decisions about your MBA concentration and ultimate career path. Best of all, the Kellstadt Career Management Center offers it free to all its graduate business students. We also offer a discount code for Kellstadt alumni.

Going Global: Explore International Careers

Going Global contains more than 10,000 resources for finding international employment at home and abroad. Featuring 24 countries, users can consult insider tips and professional advice on such topics as employment trends, salary ranges, job search resources, networking groups, résumé/CV writing guidelines and work permit/visa regulations.

    Prepare yourself to work in Chicago by reading Crain's Chicago Business regularly. Crain's offers discounted subscriptions for DePaul students.
  • Glassdoor
    Glassdoor offers salary and company research information. By clicking on the linked icon and creating an account with your DePaul email address, you will have free access to an unlimited information account made available to you by the Kellstadt CMC.
