The Department of Marketing provides students with the knowledge and skills required to strategically identify and develop products and services that meet customer needs. Courses are designed to prepare students for the rigors and ambiguity of marketing leadership in the contemporary global economy by providing a high degree of skill in analysis, conceptual ability, planning and control of market activity.

<div class="ck-content"><p>The Marketing Insights concentration provides students with the flexibility to tailor their programs to fit a wide array of career interests. Graduates with a marketing major have many career opportunities in the various areas of marketing such as advertising, market research, sales management, or marketing management. The department offers electives that focus in each area. Majors may wish to group their elective courses with a concentration or specific career orientation in mind, although this is not required.</p></div>

Integrated Marketing Education

<p class="text-blue">Integrated Marketing Education (IME), the honors sequence in Marketing, gives a select group of undergraduate students a hands-on opportunity to develop skills in marketing management while interacting with a Chicago-area business.</p>

Sales Leadership

<p class="text-blue">Sales Leadership programs provide unique courses focused on sales career development, which integrates academic knowledge with real-world industry exposure to further your career and skills development.</p>

Digital Marketing
