Biography

Gary Skoog is an economics instructor in the Driehaus College of Business. Skoog is the president of Legal Econometrics, Inc. He is an economics consultant in the areas of time series analysis, forensic economics and forecasting. Skoog is an economics consultant for attorneys and has testified in U.S. District Courts, state courts and tax courts.

Skoog has served as a referee for leading academic journals and organizations, book publishers and the National Science Foundation. He is a past president of the National Association of Forensic Economics, for 2007-2008, and has been with DePaul since 1989.
