Biography
Jerrod Melman currently serves as an Executive in Residence within the School of Hospitality Leadership at DePaul University. He has held a successful restaurant career over the past decade within the Chicago, Los Angeles, New York City and Arizona restaurant and hospitality industries. Melman previously worked with renowned hospitality groups including BR Guest Hospitality, Union Square Hospitality Group and In-N-Out Burger prior to his current career with Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises. He currently holds the title as Executive Partner with Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises.
As a 2005 alumnus of DePaul University, Melman brings a wealth of hospitality and restaurant knowledge and experience to DePaul's School of Hospitality Leadership through his engagement and mentorship of students seeking careers in the restaurant and hospitality industry. He also assists faculty in their hospitality courses and research initiatives to expand the breadth of knowledge within hospitality higher education and for the restaurant industry.
