Judy Wachtenheim is an adjunct professor in the Department of Finance at the Driehaus College of Business.
Wachtenheim started her career at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. After leaving the bank, she had a wide range of professional experience in the financial services industry. She worked at PaineWebber as an investment banker for various state and local housing finance agencies. At Merrill Lynch, Wachtenheim sold corporate and municipal bonds to institutional clients. She also worked in the risk management group setting trader position limits in the mortgage-backed securites, municipal and equity areas. Immediately prior to DePaul, Wachtenheim was a relationship manager at Citi Private Bank. In that role, she provided customized wealth management strategies to high net worth families.
