Oliver Debe serves as the Business Manager and an Adjunct Professor within DePaul University's School of Hospitality Leadership. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from the School of Hospitality Leadership in 2013 and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and College Student Development from DePaul College of Education in 2017. Prior to working at the School of Hospitality Leadership, Debe worked in the private club industry at Bristol Oaks Country Club and the Union League Club of Chicago. He then pursued a career in higher education first in DePaul's Office of Advancement before coming to the School of Hospitality Leadership in October 2014.
Debe oversees the daily operations of the school, including budget management, supporting faculty, staff and the director, supervising the student employee team, serving as the liaison for the Hospitality Advisory Council and a variety of other tasks. He also teaches the private club management courses in the hospitality undergraduate program. Debe's research interests include private club management, customer service management and college student development within hospitality higher education. He is a proud Double Demon and is thrilled to work with the School of Hospitality Leadership's faculty, staff, students, alumni and hospitality industry partners.
