Biography

Stacy Carlone is the vice president of Talent Management and Development at SMS Assist, based in Chicago. She has more than 20 years of professional experience helping organizations achieve greatness and transform their leaders, teams and culture. By revealing and mobilizing their natural talents and potential, she creates strategies to position organizations to attract highly talented employees, reduce turnover, increase engagement, improve performance, and build leaders that influence outcomes by providing the company with a competitive edge.

Carlone is a DePaul alumna and holds a Master of Science in Human Resources. She is a certified professional coach and a professional speaker. Carlone holds a certification in the DiSC and has been an adjunct professor in the college's Department of Management & Entrepreneurship since 2011, teaching human resources, training and development and career management.
