Ethics Across the Curricula Workshop
The Institute for Business and Professional Ethics is proud to host the Ethics Across the Curricula Workshop again this year. Full and part-time faculty are invited to participate in this faculty workshop devoted to broadly discussing methods to integrate ethics into various course curricula. The workshop is meant for both full-time and part-time faculty from ALL disciplines, to consider how to better discuss and integrate ethics into their courses. The workshop will be one day- Friday, May 9 (10am-2pm)- and will be in person on the Loop campus. We are offering an honorarium of $150 to each attendee. Space is limited to 30 attendees. The workshop will feature:
Professor Daryl Koehn, Wicklander Chair in Business Ethics and Professor of Philosophy
Professor William Cavanaugh, Professor of Catholic Studies and Director of the Center for World
Catholicism and Intercultural Theology
There is a pre-workshop deliverable of a mini case study draft (i.e. 2 pages) to be uploaded to the D2L course site in advance of the workshop to be able to attend. We will provide instructions and guidance, but you must complete this draft to attend the workshop and receive the stipend.
If you are interested in attending, please register at this link: https://shorturl.at/yZBOg
If all of the attendee tickets are sold out, please choose a Wait List ticket. We often have people drop out later and we pull from the wait list.
