Take Your Startup to the Next Level

The Coleman Entrepreneurship Center's Social Impact Incubator Program challenges alumni, student and community entrepreneurs to scale and grow business ventures that have a strong social impact mission. As a participant, you'll take part in a six-week boot camp to work with peers, DePaul faculty and expert entrepreneurs to further develop your business. During the program, you will:

  • Collaborate with local and established entrepreneurs to work on customized curriculum, which will include strategic and practical tips toward scaling your startup.
  • Work one-on-one with a mentor during and after the program to help improve your business strategy and expand your network.
  • Have the opportunity to hire DePaul student interns through the CEC's Internship Program.

Cohort members meet once a week in the evenings at the Coleman Entrepreneurship Center, located in the Loop Campus at DePaul Center, 1 E. Jackson Blvd, Suite 7900.

Upcoming Program Dates

Our next Social Impact Incubator Program cohort is planned for fall 2022. Applications will open in August or September; check back for more details. For more information, email the Coleman Entrepreneurship Center.

Thank you to our sponsor

Thanks to the generous support of our partner Byline Bank, all participating entrepreneurs who successfully complete the boot camp will receive a scholarship of $1,000.

"The Social Impact Incubator served as a launching pad for my business, and helped me crystalize a multi-year plan to reach my impact and growth goals. Through mentorship, coaching and a sense of community, I was able to envision new avenues of possibilities for my startup. This was a memorable experience shared between passionate and purposeful entrepreneurs, and I feel empowered to take active steps toward the next phase of my business."
