Deni Cikurel is an instructor at the School of Accountancy & MIS at the Driehaus College of Business. His research investigates how information environment characteristics affect non-professional investors’ judgments and information processing. His teaching interests include financial accounting, data analytics and managerial accounting
Prior to joining DePaul, Cikurel worked at KPMG as a senior auditor. Cikurel also worked as an instructor for the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he taught decision making using accounting information.
