Biography
Kathryn Sowa is an instructor at the Driehaus College of Business. She is also the program director for the Small Giants Community, a collective of like-hearted business founders and leaders building purpose-driven cultures and companies.
For the past decade, her work has largely been in the spheres of global entrepreneurship and business-focused non-profit organizations. Prior to Small Giants, she focused on community building, operations, and customer experience as the director of experience for Sora Schools, an EdTech startup creating an accessible private school experience for middle and high school students worldwide.
