Biography

Kathryn Sowa is an instructor at the Driehaus College of Business. She is also the Program Director for the Small Giants Community, an organization that supports business founders and leaders building purpose-driven cultures and companies.​

For the past decade, she has focused on global entrepreneurship, community building, operations, education, and nonprofit organizations. She also works with founders and startup leaders as an executive coach and consults in community development. Prior to Small Giants, Kathryn oversaw operations, community, and customer experience as the Director of Experience for Sora Schools, an EdTech startup creating an accessible private school experience for middle and high school students worldwide.
