Biography
William Conway currently runs a family-driven investment fund that is focused on growth equity, venture capital and public market investments. He previously worked at JP Morgan in the investment bank, handling mergers & acquisitions and debt and equity financing for industrial companies. He also was deployed to Afghanistan and Qatar as an intelligence officer in the U.S. Navy where his work tracking the Taliban's funding was featured in the New York Times. Prior to that, Conway worked as a prosecutor at the Cook County State's Attorney's Office, prosecuting public corruption and financial crimes cases. He is also part of Hyde Park Angels, the University of Chicago's venture capital group.
