Biography
Charles E. Naquin is an associate professor of management at DePaul University’s Driehaus College of Business. His areas of expertise include negotiation, decision-making, and team/group work. His current research projects are focusing on technology and how it influences organizational outcomes such as negotiations, feedback, group cooperation, knowledge sharing and blame.
He is co-author of The Essentials of Job Negotiations: Proven Strategies for Getting What You Want. Other published work has appeared in journals such as Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Applied Psychology, Group Dynamics and Social Justice Research. Naquin’s research has been quoted in numerous media outlets such as The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Fortune Magazine, CNN.com and on the BBC World Service and CBS Radio.
He teaches in the areas of negotiation and organizational behavior and is the recipient of multiple teaching awards including the prestigious Gus Economics Distinguished Teaching Award.
