Biography
Dan is a veteran FBI Supervisory Special Agent with 23 years of federal law enforcement experience, specializing in complex white-collar crime, national security, and forensic investigations. Over Dan's career he led high-profile investigations and provided expert testimony in federal court on numerous occasions. Dan's expertise extends to risk management, crisis response, and cyber threat mitigation, including ransomware negotiations and compliance consulting.
In the private sector, Dan leads consulting teams in conducting in-depth investigative analyses, risk assessments, and compliance reviews for diverse clients facing allegations of fraud, regulatory violations, and cybersecurity breaches. Dan offers strategic solutions that address both internal vulnerabilities and external threats, drawing upon his deep understanding of law enforcement methodologies and corporate risk frameworks.
