Biography
Professor Emeritus Howard Kanter taught in DePaul’s business and computer science schools for more than 40 years before retiring from DePaul in 2020. In addition to his academic credentials Kanter brought experience as a systems engineer, management consultant, management information systems director and business analyst to his teaching and research roles, and expertise in managing legacy information systems.
In addition to being a certified public accountant, Kanter holds a wide range of certifications in business and technology that include CITP, CCF, CGMA, CCP, CISA and C. Block Chain.
