Biography

Janice Newman has more than three decades of progressively responsible, executive-level experience in human resources, supporting employee populations ranging from 150 to more than 17,000 employees. She has worked in multi-site, multi-state and global organizations.

Newman has served as the internal human resources business partner for organizations experiencing dramatic cultural change and/or exponential growth through acquisitions and startups, as well as organizations that were rapidly down-sizing and restructuring due to a dramatic market change.

Now an external HR consultant, Newman provides top-caliber, senior-level HR services to organizations that require interim support, assistance with process improvement, leadership development, must conduct an independent internal investigation and/or require assistance with project implementation.
