Biography

Petr Chadraba is a professor in the Department of Marketing at the Driehaus College of Business. He has 45 years of teaching experience and 12 years of administrative experience. At DePaul, Chadraba teaches Marketing Management, Consumer Behavior and International Marketing courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Since 2014, he has been teaching DePaul's MBA program in Bahrain and worked as a guest lecturer in the Executive MBA program at Steinbeis University in Berlin, Germany from 2000 to 2010.

In addition to his teaching responsibilities, Chadraba has had 25 chapters and books published. The majority of his work has focused on marketing and business strategies, especially in Central and Eastern Europe. He is a reviewer for the Annual Nordic Marketing Conference at UMEA Business School in Sweden and has worked in pro bono consulting in the Czech Republic for more than 25 years. Since 1977, Chadraba has worked on various consulting projects for small- and medium-sized firms in the Chicago area.

Chadraba is a member of the American Marketing Association, Southwestern Marketing Association, Academy of International Business, Midwest Marketing Association and the Atlantic Marketing​​ Association.
