Biography
Raj Ramaraj has more than 25 years of experience in the software, healthcare and business industries. Ramaraj currently works as procurement and program manager in global purchasing at the medical devices company Abbott, where he’s served in a variety of technical and project management roles for more than 20 years. Throughout his career, Ramaraj has managed and led various strategic initiatives, including major IT operation projects and 3PL (third-party logistics) migrations.
Prior to joining Abbott, Ramaraj was a senior system analyst, developer and programmer for Sun Microsystems, where he managed and developed web Java applications for customer campaigns. He holds a bachelor’s in engineering, a master’s degree in operations management, and an MBA from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. Ramaraj is currently pursuing a doctorate in business administration from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
