Rich Rocco is executive director of the Center for Sales Leadership and an associate professor of marketing at DePaul. He lectures on strategy, sales effectiveness, sales process, communication, coaching and customer relationship management/sales technology. His research focuses on sales effectiveness. He has 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the healthcare/medical device, consulting, automotive and consumer goods industries.
