Biography

Robert Greene is an instructor in the Department of Management & Entrepreneurship at DePaul University. He has more than 30 years of experience in consulting for major organizations.

Greene consults with a variety of organizations on developing and evaluating human resource management strategies and on performance and rewards management program design, administration and evaluation. He also trains managers and professionals in talent management principles and strategy/program design.

Greene has written more than 200 articles and book chapters on compensation, human resources and organization culture/change. He has also published four books: "Rewarding Performance," "Rewarding Performance Globally," "The ​Most Important Assed" and "Strategic Talent Management: Creating The Right Workforce."
