Biography
Rodney Lawrence is a principal in KPMG LLP’s U.S. international tax practice and the global leader for KPMG’s international tax practice. Prior to becoming global leader, Lawrence served as the national leader and chief operating officer for the U.S. international tax practice and was a member of the U.S. member firm’s tax leadership team.
Lawrence has practiced international tax since 1987, working for KPMG in New Zealand, the UK and the US. He was admitted to the U.S. partnership in 1998. As the global leader of KPMG’s international tax practice, Lawrence is responsible for the delivery of international tax services across many countries to our clients.
Lawrence has authored numerous articles of interest to both U.S. and foreign multinationals. He has presented at numerous external webcasts on international tax planning, particularly including U.S. legislative reform and investment in high growth markets. He continues to instruct at a number of KPMG LLP’s senior technical training seminars on international tax matters.
