Biography

Roger K. Lall has served in both higher education and the business world. He joined DePaul University in 2001 and, until his retirement from full-time work in July 2022, served as Executive-in-Residence and Director of the M.S. in Marketing program. He continues to teach graduate-level courses in Strategic Planning on a part-time basis.

Before joining DePaul, Roger spent 22 years in the Information Technology industry, leading product management and marketing for solutions in retail, manufacturing, call centers, and e-commerce. His leadership roles included Founder & President of Renaissance Conferences Corporation, Director of Product Management at Zebra Technologies, Marketing Manager at Standard Register and Monarch Marking Systems, and Product Manager at NCR Corporation.

At DePaul, Roger also served as Chair of the Vincentian Mission and Values Committee and Co-Chair of the Business Council on Homelessness. At Light of Christ Church, he has served as a member of the Church Council, as Treasurer, and as a lay preacher when needed.

Roger is passionate about teaching and preaching. Teaching students about strategic planning and leadership. And preaching in church to encourage and equip congregants to live out their faith in everyday life.

He holds an MBA from Wheeling Jesuit University (West Virginia) and a B.S. in Statistics and Economics from the University of Mumbai, India.​
