Biography
Susanne Ethridge Cannon is professor emerita and was the founding chair of the Department of Real Estate at DePaul's business college. Her professional and community experience include numerous associations: PREA, ULI, ICSC, Counselors of Real Estate and the American Real Estate Society, where she has been a board member and created then chaired its Education Committee. She is currently on the board of CIC, a not-for-profit multifamily lender in the Chicago region and on the Advisory Board of Urban Development Fund, a new markets tax credit Community Development Entity that has received over $300 million in allocations. She has been a Distinguished Fellow of the NAIOP Research Foundation and Chicago Association of Realtors Education Foundation, and she is currently a Weimer Fellow of the Homer Hoyt Advanced Studies Institute, and a board member and Fellow of the Real Estate Research Institute.
