Biography
Zach Vaninger is a graduate of Saint Louis University and a doctoral candidate at DePaul University, where he also teaches business courses. He is a CPA and specializes in mergers & acquisitions and corporate strategy. In his current role outside of DePaul, Vaninger is the Senior Director of Corporate Development for MTM, Inc., where is responsible for mergers & acquisitions sourcing, valuation, due diligence, deal execution and integration, in addition to organic growth initiatives such as strategy and business plan development.
Vaninger's prior experience includes public accounting consulting and financial due diligence experience at a regional accounting firm serving private equity and strategic clients, and buy-side corporate development experience at one of the nation’s leading waterworks and fire protection distributors.
Vaninger’s teaching experience includes subject matters including accounting, strategy, business law, tax, and introduction to business.
