Executive education has become an increasingly important factor in business success, both for individuals seeking career advancement and for organizations looking to cultivate talent. In fact, a recent
Journal of Management meta-analysis of research on employer-supported career development programs found that these resources are linked to higher employee job satisfaction and retention.
To accelerate both individual and organizational talent development,

This initiative is led by DePaul Management Professor Erich Dierdorff, who has been named the William E. Hay Leadership Fellow.
