Managing the modern organizational workforce is critical to companies’ success. DePaul’s master's degree in Human Resources is a 12-course program that will help you develop skills and knowledge to manage all core HR functions, including:

  • Organizational development
  • HR information systems

Some of the career opportunities available to MSHR graduates include compensation consultant, benefits consultant, trainer, HR analyst, recruiter, labor relations professional and HR director.

In addition to the eight required core courses, four additional elective courses are offered that vary from cohort to cohort.

  • Copy of official university (BS/BA) transcript 
  • English proficiency test (TOEFL or IELTS) for students who completed the BS/BA in a language other than English
  • Copy of passport and CPR (for Bahraini citizens)
