To ensure your transition to Kellstadt is as seamless as possible, follow the steps below.

  • If possible, meet with your Kellstadt academic advisor, whose name and contact information can be found in your acceptance letter. You can also directly contact the Kellstadt Academic Success Office at or call 312-362-1219 if you have questions.
  • Fill out this Intent to Enroll form to indicate your plans.
  • Register for classes. If you're unable to meet with your academic advisor before the class registration deadline, click here for step-by-step instructions on how to navigate Campus Connect and access your Degree Progress Report.

GSB-519 Waiver
