About William E. Hay

The late William E. Hay (MBA '66, DHL '06) was a DePaul business alumnus, trustee and longtime benefactor.

Founder of William E. Hay & Co., a consulting and executive search firm, Hay gave generously to scholarship and mission-related leadership programs at DePaul. A substantial gift from his estate funded the founding of the Hay Center for Leadership Development, which offers a student leadership accelerator and DePaul Executive Education programs that advance talent development for organizations and individuals.
