The Department of Finance & Real Estate offers the Bachelor of Science in Business (BSB) degree in finance and real estate as well as minors. Courses are focused on preparing undergraduates with a solid foundation in the finance and real estate fields, enabling them to establish connections within the business community.

Actuarial Science (BSB)
Learn how to interpret statistics to determine probabilities of accidents, sickness, death and/or the loss of property from theft, cybercrime, natural disasters and other phenomena.
Finance (BSB)
Gain a solid foundation in financial management and an understanding of public and private financial processes, financial markets, analysis and investments.
Finance Honors (BSB)
In the finance honors program, you'll join a cohort system with peers who have similar exceptional abilities. You'll also have the opportunity to interact with leaders from finance and business communities in small settings.
Real Estate (BSB)
As a Real Estate major, you’ll strengthen your financial and analytical skills, including risk analysis, portfolio construction and management, cash flow analysis and investment strategy.

Explore financial management, along with an understanding of financial markets, analysis and investments. The department also offers a
minor in finance for business students only.
Real Estate
This minor provides a general understanding of the real estate business and in-depth exploration of law, policy, valuation, investment or finance.
