Assistant Professor Mary Jo Dolasinski believes that the DePaul School of Hospitality Leadership’s relationship with Chicago-based hospitality companies provides students with opportunities to build relationships, knowledge, and experience in their field of interest. In her experience previous to teaching, Dolasinski has managed the talent process from recruitment through training, professional development, and focuses on employment engagement and retention through employment branding.
