Our Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) program will transform you into a leading business executive or academic. As a teacher, you’ll inspire students looking to find new possibilities in their lives, careers and business communities. As a business leader, you'll develop new ways to frame complex business problems, analyze data, develop strategic solutions and lead successful execution.

This three-year, part-time program is ideal for the working professional who has earned a previous master's degree. Ideal candidates will enter the program with significant business acumen gained through a minimum of eight years of experience, including:

• Senior business leaders seeking to be agents of change from the C-suite. This program will empower you to transform your organization and address complex business issues through sophisticated applied research and real-world techniques.
• Teaching professionals with business school experience. A DBA degree from DePaul prepares you with the teaching and research skills needed to transition to academia full time.
