In the Strobel Honors Program, you'll join a select group of highly qualified and motivated undergraduate students to study and master accounting topics relevant to the work of a professional accountant. You'll enter the program as a first-year student, studying an integrated sequence of accounting courses in a cohort with fellow Strobel students.
The program is by invitation only and is based on academic achievement in high school.
As a Strobel student, you will:
- Take your first introductory accounting class during your first quarter at DePaul
- Learn in a small class size with like-minded, focused and motivated students
- Gain access to professional development opportunities through guest lectures, group projects, simulations and visited distinguished scholars and practitioners
97%
of accounting honors students are employed, continuing education or pursuing other goals within six months of graduation.
