The Driehaus College of Business sponsors a number of clubs focused on different fields of interest: accounting, advertising, economics, entrepreneurship, finance, management and marketing. Here are some student organizations that are strongly associated with DePaul's Department of Management & Entrepreneurship:
DePaul CEO Chapter
DePaul CEO's mission is to help all chapter members connect to the resources that they need to obtain their dream of starting up their own venture.
DePaul Pre-Law Club
The DePaul University Pre-Law Club is an open forum for all DePaul undergraduate students to develop knowledge of legal practice and law school.
DePaul hosts a student chapter of SHRM, the Society for Human Resource Management, for both undergraduate and graduate students. For more information, contact Jaclyn Jensen at firstname.lastname@example.org.
DePaul Social Entrepreneurship Collaborative
The Social Enterprise Collaborative (SocEntCollab) at DePaul University is a group that connects aspiring student social entrepreneurs with the larger social enterprise community in Chicago and beyond.
The SocEntCollab has an active advisory board of social enterprise experts. It holds quarterly events, funds student internships and holds an annual social venture pitch competition.
For more information, contact Bruce Leech, director of the Coleman Entrepreneurship Center, at BLEECH1@depaul.edu, or connect with us on Google+.
There are national professional associations represented on campus: Delta Sigma Pi, Pi Sigma Epsilon and Rho Epsilon.
Chapters of six national honor societies are open to qualified students. They include: Beta Alpha Psi for accountancy, Beta Gamma Sigma and Delta Mu Delta for business, Omicron Delta Epsilon for economics, and the Financial Management Association for finance and Phi Kappa Phi for all majors.
