Majors

Business Administration (BSB)
The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration offers a variety of courses, giving you the opportunity to learn about fields such as entrepreneurship, management, economics and marketing.

Business Analytics (BSB)
The Bachelor of Science in Business Analytics is a multidisciplinary program that emphasizes how to use data and analytics with a business focus. You'll learn from faculty members who are industry professionals.

Entrepreneurship (BSB)
The Bachelor of Science in Business with a major in Entrepreneurship emphasizes the process of designing, launching, running and scaling a new business, often initially a small business through a period of rapid growth.

Management (BSB)
The Bachelor of Science in Business with a major in Management emphasizes tackling relevant issues for today's manager: managing in the global economy, ethical and socially responsible decision-making, managing for total quality, employee empowerment, leadership, team performance and compensation, new venture creation and conflict resolution.

Management Honors (BSB)
The Management Honors Program is an accelerated and challenging course of study for students who intend to declare management as their major or minor, but have yet to take management courses beyond MGT 300. You must apply to the program.

Sports Business (BSB)
The Bachelor of Science in Business with a major in Sports Business will prepare you to succeed in the ever-evolving sports industry. Our expert faculty will teach you how to apply the skills you learn in your coursework to countless careers in a field that continues to grow in both size and complexity.

Undergraduate Concentrations

The Department offers five concentrations that can provide focus to your major. All concentrations must consist of three courses totaling at least 12 credit hours.

Earn a General Management concentration to prepare for a career across industries. The concentration offers classes in a range of management topics, such as supply chain management, human resources, sustainable management, international business and more.

Explore Management

Learn how to develop expertise in recruiting, hiring, motivating and rewarding talent through the Human Resources Management concentration. You'll gain a legal understanding of compensation and benefits and how to support an organization's goals through recruitment and career development.

Explore Human Resources

The Leadership & Change Management concentration will prepare you to move into leadership roles, such as managers, internal or external consultants and team leaders. Gain a core understanding of organizational development and learn how to improve leadership effectiveness at any level of an orgnaization.

Explore Leadership & Change Management

As part of the Supply Chain Management concentration, you'll learn how logistics and supply chain management optimize operations within a business. The concentration will prepare you for a career in quality management, supply chain management, purchasing mangement, scheduling and forecasting, and Enterprise Resource Planning.

Explore Supply Chain Management

The International Management concentration will prepare you to become an effective manager in a globalized economy, preparing you with the skills needed to understand the nuances of international business.
