Students majoring outside the Driehaus College of Business may minor in Marketing to learn the foundations of marketing research, product development, advertising and sales.
Students must meet the prerequisite of one course in statistics prior to taking the first course in the minor.
The requirement for courses in college algebra and statistics may be satisfied through the completion of LSP 120 (course or LSP 120 Proficiency Exam) and LSP 121 (course or LSP 121 Proficiency Exam).
A non-Driehaus student minoring in Marketing is required to complete the following courses based on concentration and totaling at least 22.0 hours:
All Marketing (MKT) courses and any courses used toward the Marketing minor must be completed with a minimum grade of C- and with a combined GPA of 2.000 or higher.
